Yabby Lake own vineyards in three distinct regions of Victoria, producing single vineyard wines under the Yabby Lake and Heathcote Estate labels from vineyards on The Mornington Peninsula, Heathcote and Strathbogie Ranges. Their dynamic approach to business is exemplified by their pioneering work opening four cellar doors in mainland China. Founded by the Kirby family in 1992, the business is headed up by Chief Winemaker and General Manager Tom Carson . In 2008 Robert and Mem handed control of the family’s vineyards to their children Nina and Clark.
