Destination: 'KT and the Falcon, Clare Valley’
Winemaker Kerri Thompson sources her estate grown Shiraz and Riesling from a 20 hectare farm located between the towns of Watervale and Leasingham in the Clare Valley, along with old vine fruit from the Peglidis and Churinga vineyards in Watervale. The vines range from ten to seventy years old and are farmed according to natural principals.
In Kerri’s own words,
Our passion is to produce and work with grapes that have full expression and a sense of place. They will reflect the soil that they are grown in and the people that have crafted them and bloody hell they will be delicious!
KT and the Falcon will be taking part in a “Young Clare” event to feature an evening tasting followed by supper with the winemakers.
