De Bortoli Wines is a third generation family company established by Italian
immigrants Vottorio and Giuseppina De Bortoli in 1928. With vineyards
holdings across Victoria and New South Wales De Bortoli are famous for their
Noble One Botrytis Semillon and finely crafted Yarra Valley Pinot, Chardonnay
and Shiraz. In recent years winemaker Steve Webber has pushed the boundaries
of what Australia can achieve in terms of style and quality, seeking finely
detailed, textured, mineral and eloquent expressions of his Yarra Valley
terroir. De Bortoli are members of Australia’s First Families of Wine
